Over six million reserved Place Names, including the names of cities, towns, heritage sites, pilgrim centers, sacred sites, national parks/preserves, reserved exclusively for authorized bodies, will expire on December 31, 2005. These valuable names, for example, “Berlin.travel”, “NewYork.travel”, “NiagaraFalls.travel”, “Lourdes.travel”, represent some of the most valuable online domain names on the Internet.
NamesBeyond has created a special reservation process that provides a convenient way for authorized agencies to make sure important city, town, heritage and sacred site names are not taken by private entities. In coordination with Tralliance ( http://www.tralliance.info ), NamesBeyond’s advanced .travel reservation system will provide safety and protection for all organizations entitled to reserve these critical names.
